What type of exercise is beneficial in the prevention of osteoporosis and osteopenia?
Which exercises are beneficial and safe when diagnosed with osteoporosis? Which exercise is best to prevent bone loss? Which exercises or movements in daily life increase my risk of injury and fractures?
Get your questions answered and keep your bones strong for life. Demonstrations will be given on various types of exercise techniques, weightbearing activities and exercises, resistance training techniques such as isometric and isotonic that are beneficial for bone health. This presentation is for both men and women. By age 65 men and women tend to be losing bone tissue at the same rate and this gradual bone loss continues throughout life.
