I am passionate about people achieve their wellness goal, from achieving a high level of fitness, better core function, weight loss and weight management, post-physical therapy, to optimize strength, balance and vitality for active aging.


I have over 30 years experience working in the health and fitness field and have trained clients of every fitness level including high-profile celebrities, corporate executives, pro-athletes, and mature-and older adults.

Yogi  specializes in exercise for mature, mid-life and older adults  to optimize fitness and health, prevent chronic medical conditions and /or better manage those conditions through exercise and lifestyle.

My Story

I am a life-long student of health and fitness. When not working with clients, I enjoy golf,

pickleball , kayaking, paddle boarding, acting, hiking, and playing my guitar with friends.

I enjoy learning about each person’s story and helping make the fitness journey rewarding

and fun.

My approach is to treat each client as an individual and provide training  and lifestyle coaching that fits and works for each person’s life and circumstances.

I love what I do. I get to help change lives through fitness. It is a privilege. I look forward to

talking to you about your goals and create a path to a fit and vibrant future for you.
