Virtual exercise classes


Essential Balance and Mobility Home

This progressive virtual exercise class includes balance, lower and upper body muscle strengthening exercises, stretching aimed to maintain and improve strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and posture promoting functional health and independent living.

Class is instructed by the creator, Jacqueline Sinke - Medical Exercise Specialist, Exercise Physiologist, and Balance and Mobility Specialist who taught this successful program over 10 years twice a week. 


Time: Tue/Thu 3-4 PM

Fee: $2.00 per class for participants signing up before 4/15/2020.  $5.00 per class after 4-15-2020.

If you have MIRRORING capability on your TV, you can follow the class on a big screen.


Exercise equipment for Essential Balance and Mobility class when available:

  • sturdy chair without arms

  • sponge ball or playground ball

  • ankle weights

  • set of 2, 3, 0r 5 lbs. hand weights or two full water bottles as hand weights flat resistive band

​Hip, Core, Spine and More 

This floor virtual exercise class is aimed to improve core stability and strength (abdominals  and low back), strength and mobility for hip and spine, improve posture, reduce back pain and contributes to improving balance, mobility and incontinence.

Instructed by: Jacqueline - Medical Exercise Specialist, Exercise Physiologist and Balance and Mobility Specialist 

Time: every Tuesday 4:30 PM (morning class can be added upon demand)

Fee: $4.00 per class for participants signing up before 4/15/2020.  $6.00 per class after 4-15-2020. What you need: floor space, pillow or yoga block, rolled up towel, and a stretching strap or yoga strap.
