Fees Menu for In-Home, Virtual and Hybrid Services

In-Home Personalized One-On-One Training
 

  • 45-minute session $ 90.00 to $ 100.00 depending of qualifications of trainer

  • 60-minute session $ 100.00 with certified personal trainer and/or health coach

  • 60-minute session $ 110.00 with personal trainer with advanced certifications (i.e. Medical Exercise Specialist (MES), Exercise Physiologist (EP), FallProof Balance and Mobility SpecialistAutism Exercise Specialist or CSCS.

  • 60-minute session with requested with a Licensed Physical Therapist $ 120.00.

 

Payment is due when scheduling your sessions

or by the 15 th. of each month that services are received.

 
 In-Home Partner Personalized Training
​

  • 60-minute partner training (2 people) session $ 150.00​ to $170.00

  • 90-minute session or partner session (2 x 45 minutes) $ 160.00​ to $180.00

  • 120-minute session partner session (2 x 60 minutes)  $ 180.00 to $190.00


Initial In-Home Pre-Exercise Screening and Evaluation

  • $ 150.00  Assessment for initial baseline and intermittent testing includes review health medical status, obtain vital signs and measurements, comprehensive baseline balance and mobility assessment, functional fitness assessment and evaluation.
    Phone consulting / client care coordination.   $20.00

  • Billed in 10 minute increments

 
Virtual Personalized Training and Health Coaching
 

  • Virtual personalized training with personal trainer  $ 85.00 per session (60 minutes)

  • Virtual personalized training with CMES, EP-C, CSCS $ 90.00 per session (60 minutes)

  • Couples/partner virtual training with personal trainer  $ 100.00 per session (60 minutes)

  • Couples/partner virtual training with CMES, EP-C, CSCS $ 105.00 per session (60 minutes)

  • Optional shorter sessions: 30 minute session $ 50.00 to $ 60.00 depending on qualifications of trainer. 

  • Virtual Health Coaching 30-minute session $ 60.00 per session, hourly session $85.00

Private Physical Therapy Services

  • Physical Therapy Evaluation $ 175.00 

  • Physical Therapy Treatment session $160.00 Each session is based on 60 minutes. 

  • Phone consulting/ client care coordination  $27.00 (billed in 10 minute increments)

  • Virtual Physical Therapy Evaluation/Consulting $150.00.

  • Virtual treatment session $ 135.00

 

We do not accept insurance or Medicare, private pay physical therapy only providing optimal care. Payment due at time of service

The Health Fitness Professional provides a daily and weekly physical activity and exercise plan which is facilitated by the client's caretaker. This allows more flexibly to spread the various activities throughout the day and/or week for tolerability and enjoyment. Physical activity/exercise plan is updated and adapted by the health fitness professional during the prescheduled monthly visits.

Caretaker assisted virtual personalized exercise training

Caretaker facilitated personalized exercise plans

The caretaker assists the older adult client with physical or cognitive limitations, and/or increased fall risk during virtual personalized training or private physical therapy sessions.

Shorter and more frequent training sessions are possible for enjoyment and tolerability (30 or 45 minutes).

All service health, fitness, wellness and physical therapy fees are subject to change.

Parking availability, parking fees and travel outside the trainer's or therapist service area

When parking availability within a block of the client residence is not available, the session may need to be canceled. Our health and fitness professionals need to cut into the client’s exercise session when they have to repeatedly circle the block to find parking. We ask the client to possibly reserve a parking space at their residence building to ensure the health fitness professional is able to meet at the target appointment time. If the session needs to be canceled due to no parking availability the client is responsible for a full session change. 




Please note that parking fees necessary to provide in-home personal training, health coaching or physical therapy are not included in the training or treatment fee structure and thus will be passed on to the client.

travel outside the trainer's area are not included in the service rate and are subject to an additional fee to cover expenses.

Cancelation Policy

Health/fitness professionals work on a 
pre-scheduled appointment basis. We ask our client to provide a minimum of 24-hour notice when canceling appointments. Cancelation fee for canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment is $35.00.
