Receiving personalized, one-on-one home-based care with our Licensed Physical Therapists in the privacy of your home is convenient, time efficient and is preferred by most patients.

Our senior clients appreciate and love the ability to receive home-based geriatric physical therapy services for several reasons, including learning skills to better navigate through their living environment.

Our clients receive maximum benefit out of the treatment sessions because they don't have to arrange transportation to a clinic and are able to preserve necessary energy to more quickly and successfully transition back toward a fuller, meaningful and vibrant life!

In home treatment sessions are 60 minutes. Virtual physical therapy treatment sessions are also possible.

We are an out-of-network designated physical therapy provider and do not accept insurance or Medicare. Fitness & Function's physical therapists provide private-pay treatment services which they deliver at the highest quality customized care.
