Receiving personalized one-on-one hands-on home-based care with our Licensed Physical Therapists in the privacy of your home is convenient and time efficient and preferred by most patients. Our clients love home-based physical therapy services, because they don't have to arrange transportation to a clinic, are able to preserve energy, and thus receive the maximum benefit from each session. 

 

Treatment sessions are 60 minutes and are performed in the comfort of your home. Virtual physical therapy treatment sessions are also provided. 

Your physical therapists can also provide treatment sessions at various community locations to learn skills to better navigate through the various environments to help patients more quickly and successfully transition back toward a fuller, meaningful and vibrant life!

We are an out-of-network designated physical therapy provider and do not accept insurance or Medicare. Fitness & Function's physical therapists provide private-pay treatment services which they deliver at the highest quality customized care.
