Early in her career, she completed advanced training in orthopedics including:
-
MacKenzie Part A & B
-
NAIOMT Levels I -III
-
Mobilization of the Nervous System
-
Mulligan Approach to Manual Therapy
-
Sahrmann Functional Assessment Series
Over the last 10 years, she pursued certifications and advanced training that focus on managing chronic injuries and medical conditions, restoring functional skills, and rebuilding balance systems to prevent falls and avoid fall-related injuries.
Deb has been working with older adults and “active agers” who want to remain active in their community, stay in their own home or supportive community and most importantly, remain as independent as possible. Fear of falling should not keep anyone from exercising and participating in a safe effective exercise program.
In-Home physical therapy and personal training can increase client safety, confidence and can empower the client by achieving optimal function, health, fitness, and physical performance.
Deb believes to live your “best life” you have to invest in yourself, whether you are 18 or 80. Any “well-oiled” machine (or individual ) requires consistent routine maintenance or exercise. But how do we achieve this? A physical therapist can help identify and rehab mechanical problems that you are experiencing such as a painful hip or a nagging stiff shoulder.
Deb is currently not taking on any new clients.

Volunteer work
Deb is also a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) volunteer.
Personal life
Deb loves to travel and the outdoors. She likes to hike and is a big fan of national parks especially in the southwest. She engages in regular exercise to keep her body in optimal shape and enjoys the encouragement of other regular gym friends who help keep her working toward her fitness goals and active life with her husband, grown children, and 4 grandchildren.
